Given that Zitronix offers a diverse array of user experiences, we would like to inform you of our products and services from time to time. Zitronix may use your personal information collected from you to send marketing or promotional material about our products and promotions.

RETURNS PERIOD
All returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (with UNBROKEN SEALS AND cable polarity still checked).
We offer long term warranty and a full store credit/exchange/replacement guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And also be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/replacement/ repair or exchange]. WARRANTY POLICY
WARRANTY PERIOD: the warranty period starts at the time of product’s original purchase by the first end-user. The product may be installed with several different parts which may be covered by a different warranty period or not.
Warranty period: Eighteen (18) months
- The warranty card is only after Valid Authorized stamp and signature, including the customer’s signature as his/her consent for installation and acceptance of the product with its condition and warranty policy terms
- During warranty period repairs will be free of charge
- Warranty only covers cost of repair and not for replacement of the product or refund
- The warranty covers only the defaults, manufacturing or quality problems. Any damage linked to external factors such as; bad manipulations, in case of fire, lightning, improper use, unstable voltage or any act of God is not covered under warranty
- Re-installation due to bad/improper installation shall be chargeable
- Product to be serviced must be brought along with original warranty card and invoice/payment receipt to avail warranty service
- Warranty does not cover any external accessories to product like batteries and wires
- Warranty is not transferable to anybody
- Warranty requires carry in (workshop) service, one receipt will be given by service center against receiving of the unit. This receipt should be presented by all means for recollection of the unit.
- Zitronix has no responsibility for all products brought in for repairs and are not collected back when confirmed ok or within 30days. All parts replaced in the unit during warranty period are not returnable
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This limited warranty does not cover
- Dented/ damaged product
- Normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of batteries and electrical accessories)
- Defects caused by rough handling
- Defects or damage caused by misuse of the product including use that is contrary to the instructions provided by Zitronix (e.g. as set out in the product’s user manual//guide)
- Relocation costs and/or other acts beyond the reasonable control of Zitronix
- The limited warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, any product, accessory, software and/or service not manufactured, or supplied, by ZITRONIX or was used otherwise than for its intended use. Defects can also be caused by substandard or faulty electrical house wiring
- This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than for which it has been specified.
- This limited warranty is not enforceable if the product is opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service by Zitronix
- This limited warranty is not enforceable if the product has been exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to spillage of food or liquid or to the influence from chemical products.
- This limited warranty is not enforceable if damage is due to ignorance on the usage of the equipment, the customer is hereby cautioned to read properly and understand the working/manual of this product
