RETURNS PERIOD

All returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (with UNBROKEN SEALS AND cable polarity still checked).

We offer long term warranty and a full store credit/exchange/replacement guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And also be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. SHIPPING

[Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/replacement/ repair or exchange]. EXCEPTIONS

If our products arrived damaged, in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
